There were pennants for each year on the tables. You can see they didn't expect
too many folks from the 40's. At about 7:30 or so the place was packed.
There were still more to come. Table centerpieces were uniquely
designed for different class years. |
The place filled slowly at first but after about a half hour you can see the difference
below |
Balloons supporting tags with class years were sprinkled thruout. |
IIn one corner there was a set up to shoot souvenir portraits. |

Food was prepared offsite and delivered in great steam tables. The Boy Scouts
served the plates and then after bussed the tables. They apparently were
having a good time. The dessert table was very popular and received a lot of play. Below you see what the 56er's did to save travel time. Jim DeVous is the self appointed dessert King & tester. He doesn't have the slightest idea how all those desserts got on this table but they are his.!! Here he illustrates just what happens when you taste a little too much!!! |
You can almost hear the two on the right saying, "man!!! I sure am glad thats over!!!" |
