Death Valley

  One of the most formidably hot, dry, and hostile environments in the USA.  It is the lowest spot on the continent and has a veritable  host of different scenic panoramas.

  It is bordered on all sides by mountains, the valley is full of sand dunes and at the far end lies Scotty's Castle.
