Red Mountain

Red Mountain is a mining town which also supported Atolia a small placer mining town about 3 miles to the south.  Red Mountain had saloons, hotels, a garage and mercantile.  When the railroad came thru it opened up the whole area so that supplies and mining equipment were easily accessible.  To find out more about the background and history of Red Mountain go Here.
